TERMS  & CONDITIONS 

These terms and conditions are intended to regulate relations between "Anais" Ltd., Pernik, Bulgaria, UIC 113584198 , hereinafter referred to as “TRADER” and clients, hereinafter referred to as "USERS" of on-line catalog www.toplo.org, hereinafter referred as "CATALOG".

www.toplo.org is a company website, on-line catalog of "Anais" Ltd. This website aims to present the goods, hereinafter referred to as "PRODUCTS" and services that the company offers to the market. Products in the catalog are identical to the goods offered at the company store and their current promotions.

The products which are available on the website www.toplo.org do not constitute a legally binding offer, but are rather demonstrative online catalog describing the product line of the trader.

1.INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS IN THE CATALOG

1.1. All goods that are published in the catalog are priced in the Bulgarian lev and VAT included. Prices do not include shipping.

1.2. All prices are valid while stocks last. The trader has the right to make changes in published materials at any time without prior informing users, change prices, images and product details. Possible printing errors and differences in product design are possible.

1.3. Some of the published products may not be available at the moment. For the latest information on available products you can contact our agents via e-mail which is referred to on the site

1.4. The trader is not responsible if the information published by the manufacturers of the goods on their technical characteristics is incorrect.

1.5. All materials published on the e-shop are under the protection of the Copyright Act and any abuse is punishable. It is strictly forbidden copying, publication and public dissemination of materials from the catalog with whatever any public or commercial purpose, except with the express permission of the manager of "Anais" Ltd. "Anais" Ltd. is a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. PRICES

2.1. All prices are in Bulgarian lev with included VAT. Prices do not include shipping.

2.2. "Anais" Ltd. has the right to change the prices of the products indicated on the catalog at any time. The company is not obliged to pre-notify the users. If there is a change in the price, the user is obliged to pay the price that was valid at the time of the conclusion of the sale.

2.3 When there are announced any reductions in the catalog, outdated prices are crossed out, and next to them is announced the reduction price.

2.4. The payment methods are in getting the product from the courier – cash, by bank transfer or by visiting the office of "Anais" Ltd.

2.5. Each user chooses the method of payment of his chosen good. Each product purchased by the User has to be paid in its full monetary amount, as indicated in the catalog, using one of these payment methods.

3. DELIVERY

3.1. We supply products ouside Bulgaria to any EU country to both individuals and business customers. For additional information please contact us through the e-mail, which is referred in this site.

3.2. Your orders will be delivered in the shortest possible time by the company couriers or by courier company "Econt".

3.3. The shipping cost would be determined by the weight of the product and the time of delivery.

3.4. The user bears the full risk of damage or loss of the goods on delivery. Immediately after delivery of the goods to the courier, the trader is released from the risk which is transferred to the user. The trader is not responsible for delays in the case that the delay is due to a courier or other provider.

3.5. Immediately after delivery, the goods should be reviewed carefully by the user or an authorized person. Any damage, strokes and other damage should be reported immediately to the trader. In case of detected damages that occur in the transportation of the goods, the trader is not responsible for warranty service on this product.

3.6. At delivery of the goods the user or a third party sign the accompanying documents. A third party is anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods at delivery and is on the specified by the customer address.

3.7. By refusing to receive the goods out of the cases described below, the refusal will be considered unfounded and the user must pay all the costs of delivery and return of the goods. If the user can’t be found within the time of delivery at the address or does not give a free access and conditions for delivery of the goods within this period, the trader is released from its obligation to deliver the purchased goods.

3.8. Implementation of the order may be delayed for any of the following reasons: 1. Lack of availability of the ordered goods 2. Failed payment by the User 3. Wrong or incomplete delivery address or phone contact.

4. DISCLAIMER OF MERCHANDISE

4.1. Each user has the right to cancel the order of goods after delivery within 7 working days after the date of receipt, but only if it is not used and the packaging is intact. According to Art. 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria "Anais" Ltd. can accept returned purchase only if it is in the original package with no signs of use or violation of presentation.

4.2. Transport and other costs will be borne by the User.

5. WARRANTY TERMS

5.1. The trader offers a warranty document to its customers for a purchased item, if such document is provided by the manufacturer of the product.

5.2. The goods in the catalog are for sale with the legal guarantee announced by their manufacturer. For each product sold is issued a valid warranty card (in cases in which the manufacturer has provided one. Refer to section 5.1.), Including warranty conditions, the data for the product and the duration of the warranty.

5.3. "Anais" Ltd. reserves the right to refuse warranty service for products when: warranty of the product is lost; there is a attempt for repair by unauthorized service, including actions by the user; can identify damage caused by improper use of the product; the integrity of the product is violated.

5.4. Depending on the type of the purchased equipment the warranty service shall be borne by "Anais" Ltd. or by authorized repairers of its partners.

6. AMENDMENTS

6.1. The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by the trader. He has the right to modify the characteristics of the services provided and these General Terms pursuant to changes in legislation.

6.2. The changed conditions will be announced in the catalog and all users are considered informed about the changes at the time of publication.
